Besides the raw materials, another important element is the level or standard of the factories' manufacturing process skill. Whether factories can guarantee the structual waterpoofing of the product during manufacturing process or not? Or they just have self declaration of the IP rating and not have the IP rating test? Whether factories have enough time with the aging test for the product or not? Or they just simply connect the wires and check if the product lights up properly and ignore the 8 hours aging testing for led bulbs of led string light?
